Resort was nice but had a couple issues checking in was not given towel cards or wristbands. Didn’t know anything about this until trying to get towels then was asked where our wristbands were. The restaurant and tiki bar are very pricey and they had 20% gratuity to all meals and drinks. I also think that they should word that there are chairs and umbrellas at no cost on beach they are actually in the pool area. We had to pay $50 for beach chairs and umbrella to be on the beach. Otherwise nice place.

Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention

My only complaint is the toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and lotions are all terrible. The shampoo doesn’t lather at all. Conditioner doesn’t do anything. Lotions doesn't even absorb into your skin. I was disappointed.

Everything was wonderful! I took a much needed mental health vacation by myself and I could not have been happier!! What an awesome place-only 6 units- I had a studio apartment in the back-nice and quiet. It was delightfully decorated beach style, and had everything I could possibly have needed There was a fully equipped kitchen and I was able to make my breakfast and even dinner! The owners even left me some snacks and a bottle of wine! I did not use the pool, but did sit by it one afternoon-it was clean and clear(I am not really a pool girl) The beach was just beautiful and only a short walk away, there were even beach chairs and towels for my use. I was able to meet the owners, a lovely German couple. I liked that since I am half German myself. They could not have been nicer. I felt safe and secure in this quiet little neighborhood, I even had all the windows opened as the weather was just beautiful for January. I would just love to stay there again soon. Thank you so much!!!

Success being a hotel near Fort Lauderdale you probably get a lot of people from Kohl’s areas during the winter and there was absolutely no places to sit outside except the pool area that closes and in the pool area cannot bring any glass cans, beverages or anything. It would be nice if there was a sitting area. We got takeout food and had to sit on the curb.
