Mexican Riviera Pet-friendly Holidays

Our stay was pretty good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and the food was very good. Unfortunately we went during low season and it was quieter than we hoped for our kiddo to find a kid to play with and the Kids Club seemed very quiet. The pool is nice but not so kid friendly (like lots of places to socialize but not necessarily for kids fun with a slide or splash area). The room was very nice (well decorated, plenty of space, all the details accounted for) but the bed was pretty hard for our liking. One thing I loved about our stay, the resort collects olive ridley sea turtle nests to protect them from predators on the beach then releases them into the bay when they hatch, so I saw that one morning.

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more special. We especially want to thank Josue and Priscilla for their incredible hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were there to assist and made sure our family was well taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. For our first family vacation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely return to Grand Palladium Punta de Mita!

The staff was excellent the property was nice and the food was fabulous. Our room was huge. We really enjoyed the beach club also it was great to go during the day and also eat dinner there at sunset. The hotel pool was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Emiliano’s was under construction but will try when we return. The staff including Martin, Ulises, Alfredo, Leslie were great! All of the staff were really wonderful!

La comida muy buena el servicio amable

From the start of our trip Itamar and Rodrigo were so helpful getting us settled in our room. They checked on us everyday and took care of all our dinner reservations. Staff were super nice and room was cleaned everyday. Swim up bar was great and transportation from and to other facilities were easy and comfortable. Great place to stay and for sure we will be back!
