Da Nang Mountain Holidays

Stayed at Brilliant Hotel for about 8 nights in April 2026. The staff there were great and really helpful. Michael, the customer care captain provided recommendations for where to eat and what to do. He also helped to find a lost mobile phone. The buffet breakfast had some good variety and quality was great overall. The room was clean and in good condition. Bottled water was provided daily. There was no iron/ironing board in the room though. Location was in the heart of the Hai Chau district, so in close proximity to many places. Highly recommended.

A lovely property with beautiful gardens and beach area. The beach and pools are clean and well maintained. We stayed in a premium double room which was a lovely size. The only downside was that in 5 days, our keycard mechanism stopped working 3 times which was frustrating. The staff did sort it within 10 minutes by sending an engineer but it was still fairly annoying to deal with. The safe in the room also didn’t work, we had a power cut on our first night and the balcony is completely unfurnished so you can’t enjoy the balcony (a bit pointless having one to be honest). The breakfast had a great selection and the stuff were all very helpful and accommodating. The manager was lovely and offered to change rooms as well as offered compensation. We appreciated him taking the time to locate us and apologise for the issues with the room. The location is good if you prefer peace and quiet away from the main hustle and bustle (which we do) but is still only a short drive away from the main city centre.
