Staff was very helpful and kind. Great location near shops, buses, restaurants.

I had a great stay at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel and would rate it 4/5. The hotel was very clean, and we loved the Executive King room. It was spacious enough for me and my girlfriend to relax comfortably. The city view was great, and the bathroom—especially the bathtub—was a highlight. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the room fresh and well stocked. The location is very convenient, with coffee shops and stores nearby. There are also two GS25 convenience stores within a short walk—one behind the hotel and another near the train station down the hill. The subway station itself is not far and easy to reach. Breakfast on the upper floor had a beautiful view and great atmosphere. Most of the food was good, though one fish dish was just okay. The coffee machine was also a bit complicated to use and could be more user-friendly. The front desk staff were professional and polite, and they communicated well in English, which I appreciated. However, they sometimes seemed a bit strict or reserved. One small improvement would be the bathroom glass panel, which makes it difficult to watch TV from the bathtub due to the tint. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐ Rating: 4/5

clean， staff are friendly, traditional breakfast, but there is one day in a month , no coffee shop , no gym etc .. We happened stay that day in the hotel …. The location is fantastic…

Fantastic view, comfortable "warm" wood paneled rooms, swimming pool free to use by all hotel guests. Also, last couple of times I stayed I was able to get a free early check in after my long red eye flight (huge relief to relax in a room after a long flight), so definitely will be staying in the future. Prices can vary though with some days being a very good deal and more pricey the others.

A little far a way from the subway station but everything is good .
