My last visit couple years ago wasn’t the best; but this year was amazing. I was given a room that accommodated myself and my two children, the staff were amazing and the food is still top notch. A little disappointed about the service fees on room service (also the limited food options), but my overall stay was pretty good.

overall the stay was okay. The room service was delayed for 2 items, taking 45mins and call. I scheduled breakfast for my room for 0630, my food arrived cold.

We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. The food was always good, breakfast was the best meal everyday. Dinner became very redundant for 7 days. We did thoroughly enjoy our special dinner at the Lotus Leaf, it was delicious. We got the couples massage and it was so wonderful and relaxing. There are kitties all over the resort and we loved seeing them everywhere. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone heading to Jamaica!

The check in was so slow . Spent an hour just to check in. Had a bad experience at the sport bar was bad. They didnt attend to i and my friends for over an hour . Everything else was good . Nice hotel amenities

I was expecting a little more considered the price that I paid for the trip. The rooms were small and not that comfortable. The mini bar wasn’t fully stopped. There was no bottles of water in the room no menu to download in the room. I just felt like for the price. It should have been better. The breakfast buffet sucked. The buffet just sucked all the way around. They had more pork and beef. Some of us don’t eat pork or beef rarely any chicken. I will not recommend the couples tower. It’s not a place that I would return to.

Everything was as expected. I am a repeat visitor and always impressed with the level of service. Breakfast is a highlight.

Wonderful location, clean, with a very comfortable bed. Older property with only somewhat noisy standing fans to cool - would benefit from quiet ceiling fans. Apparently continental breakfast is complimentary in the rooms, but we weren’t offered this and there were no details about in room dining offered. There were no easy options to get extra water or snacks etc and only one small bottle of water per person per day. You can order extra from the bar, but that seemed to be an unexpected request. There is no options in the immediate area, so I’d bring snacks and soft drinks/water with you from the airport or in your luggage. Restaurant food was lovely and the view is breathtaking! We would definitely go again, just with a little preparation.
