Jamaica Mountain Holidays

1. Everything needed to be booked via the app and I was not aware. Not sure who was cooking but it definitely was not a Jamaican. 2 days later the rep offered to set up our app. 2. We booked a massage for two. The Expedia representative confirmed via text that they would come to our room. The time for the massage came and went and no one showed up. I texted. No answer. I called and was informed that this was untrue. Expedited transportation was promised and they never showed. We had to walk 15 minutes to receive a delayed massage that was mediocre at best. 3. We booked a family picnic and were promised the arrival of transportation 15 minutes prior to. Guess what ? 10 minutes after 12 and we were still awaiting transportation. You would think the staff at Expedia or the resort would expedite …. Not at all. They took their time and honestly did not have a care in the world. The staff at the picnic were very attentive and went above and beyond but it was too late. Damage already done. 4. Room service is an additional fee and that was OK. The issue came in with the consistently incorrect orders and having to wait an additional 40-45 minutes for them to correct the order. This delayed ALL OF OUR ACTIVITIES and happened every single day of our stay. 5. We opted for late check out but closed our bill to ensure a smooth transition throughout the day. Upon exiting the resort for our activity we were informed we did not close out our bill. I am limited to my post. Don’t book here

The food was amazing; the rooms were always clean and well attended. We enjoyed our stay, the beach was clean and staff members were always around to assist. We will definitely go back :)

The only concern I had was failure to follow the allergy list for meals.
