Amazing parking - huge space for vans, camper and etc. We were in a Luton van. Pool looked brilliant but we didn’t have time to try. Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and big. Highly recommend

The best thing is its proximity to the tram. The front desk clerk gave us good directions forgetting familiar with the tram and that was definitely the best way to get around.
The room was small, hallways dark and the bed hard.
If I was to come back I would look for a more central and comfortable hotel.

We booked a suite with the dog. The room was great and the staff helpful, the air conditioning and ventilation in the room however was terrible. They turned off the air con but said the ventilation system could not be altered it blew freezing cold air in the room above the bed all night. They staff tried to help but said they couldn’t do more. It meant we didn’t sleep at all, which was a shame as the hotel was overall good.
