We booked a suite with the dog. The room was great and the staff helpful, the air conditioning and ventilation in the room however was terrible. They turned off the air con but said the ventilation system could not be altered it blew freezing cold air in the room above the bed all night. They staff tried to help but said they couldn’t do more. It meant we didn’t sleep at all, which was a shame as the hotel was overall good.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Great location, several pubs and cafes nearby, fantastic river walk with large food market on Sunday. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent communication with property. Helped me quickly find the laundry. ( soap is provided). Bed was comfortable, even for my picky wife. Nice to have a separate area to sit, and a kitchen if you tire of eating out. Shower is small but perfectly functional. The best I can say is that it’s quality value for the money and I will return.

Wonderful location and staff. While I liked the hotel decor, room painted dark blue made it dreary. Layout wonderful and spacious. Rooftop restaurant was perfect…ate outside for breakfast which was quite good. But the hotel needs some maintenance…carpets frayed and worn. But overall so glad I made this choice. Staff was so accommodating and helpful.
