Only downside, restaurant and spa way overpriced. 1M IDR for 1 hour food massage or 560k IDR for a curry in Bali is taking advantage.. too bad.

The pool was fabulous and the spa/massage was excellent. We also loved the amazing breakfast.
Finally, the people who worked at the hotel could not have been more attentive or helpful. Overall a perfect stay.

This property and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my stay in Bali. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a hill view room with lovely views, granted that I had to be ready to face monkeys as they did come and walk along it, hang off chairs etc. Be mindful to keep food out of sight. The ambience at this hotel is chilled, calm and helps you to immerse in the culture. I loved it and would stay again. The hotel sent me a tray of desserts expressing with a card wishing me well after I sustained an injury on an excursion. Such care. Also the food here was out of this world.
