The hotels location was ideal for walking to everything Rome! The hotel desk service was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing!

To be honest not great. Staff were very helpful but the property itself needs upgrading. We stayed in 2 different rooms in 2 stays and they definitely need upgrading. All finishes and furnishings in the rooms were sub-standard for a hotel at this price point.

Palazzo Naier exceeded my expectations. The décor is refined and beautifully curated, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. My room was impressively spacious, offering comfort and serenity throughout my stay. The concierge team deserves special mention—they were genuinely kind, attentive, and consistently helpful, making every interaction a pleasure. A truly delightful experience from start to finish.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic area. This hotel is located in a more quiet residential style neighbourhood rather than the busy city but is well within walking distance to the city centre and Vatican. Also close to major bus and metro routes making travel quick and easy across the city or further away. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The room size was great and it was peaceful. This is a very personal hotel and the staff make every effort to make you feel at home. The staff are very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options and there is also food/drink available in their outdoor space. There is not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Apollo Boutique!
