Italy vacation; stayed a few days in Rimini at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Great staff, Front Desk, Bar, Restaurant, Housekeeping, everyone were super helpful and friendly. Great hotel near beach (literally a 1/2 block walk). Close to everything. If we find our way back to Rimini, we will be staying at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great place to cool off. We would have liked to dine at Collins Restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed, with only the Collins Bar being open. We also wanted to visit the rooftop bar, but this was closed as well. We experienced issues with the air conditioning, which could only be adjusted by reception. On our last night, we had to move to another room in order to get a comfortable night's sleep. We're not sure if there was some refurbishment work taking place, although the staff told us there wasn't.

I have never been to a hotel where the staff have been this friendly and attentive to every detail. You feel so welcome and at home! You have to make time to go and relax in the spa! The view of the beach is extraordinary! The service in the restaurants is out of this world!

Villa Regina is very tired, poorly maintained room; black mould in shower, cracked shower tray, sloppy paint job, dirty rug, cupboards that stank of damp and old and made all my clothes stink and little to no soundproofing. It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. Property has no pool service, all courts are dirty, just not up to its 4/5 star billing. I’m sure the new annex is better but I would not pay €900 a night to stay in this hotel. It doesn’t deserve 5 stars.

Very good hotel but parking is a problem so either have to pay to park in their garage or park on street which also you have to pay for

The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect!

The room was clean and located close to the center square and the shopping district. There was a cute sitting room with goodies all day. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Staff was attentive and helpful!

Check in was super hard. We didn’t get the self check in link and the host didn’t respond to messages on Expedia
