The room was dirty, there was hair all over the mattress, window seal was dirty, toilet area was filthy, staff was inconsiderate

Second time staying at the hotel. Great transit options near the light rail and buses. Lots to do nearby, the hotel has a nice gym, and coffee shop. Would stay again! I like the historic feel

The property is walking distance from the Public Market, and almost a straight shot to the Space Needle. The room was very clean, and the staff was very lovable and helpful answering questions. I would stay there again next time I go to Seattle.

Wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views! Love to keep the curtains open all night long to catch the city lights. Rooms are decorated with a little quirkiness, think wall of mirrors and interesting artwork. Have stayed here three times already when Teatro ZinZanni was there and for easy Ubering to Taste Washington.

Great location really perfect. My room had a smell hence my low rating. Everything else was good.

Perfect location--right on the water next to so many attractions, Pike Place, and great restaurants. We didn't even have to get an Uber or taxi to see great parts of the city, and were able to take a quick walk to our cruise ship after we checked out (the hotel is right next to the Norwegian dock). The hotel itself is so unique and amazing--a beautiful place that I'd love to stay at again. I loved everything but the size of the elevators (though the elevators are quite lovely and swanky otherwise).
