The hotel is fine if you need a bed and AC near the heart of Firenze. Their WiFi only consistently works in the lobby. My phone was stolen when I arrived at the train station. Apple was able to help me replace it. I had to spend much of my first two days in Florence at the Apple Store to retire my iCloud backup to the new phone since the hotel WiFi didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t feasible for me to spend the day in the lobby. At least there was good AC at the Apple Store. I wouldn’t stay here again. It may be good for You if you don’t need to access WiFi from your room

Room was clean. We paid for a room with air conditioning but it simply did not work at all. Both of the nights that we stayed there the room was over 26 degrees at night which made it almost impossible to sleep. Went to the reception staff multiple times but once they seen that it was blowing air they said it was working find and did not need to change our rooms. The breakfast was good. Bar was nice but the face that we could not sleep at night due to the extreme heat in the room ruined our trip to Florence. Personally would not recommend due to the above experience

Worst service and the place dose not worth the price you are paying , please do your research before booking it, if not you will regret

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)

Wonderful stay, attentive staff, very clean room. The spa facilities are very high quality and had a lovely massage. Good choices for breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here, the spa was a particular highlight that is free for guests to use.

This was a little slice of heaven and such a hidden gem. This place is by far my favorite that I have been to in Europe
