Upon arrival we noted air conditioner was not cold. Very nice Ms. Emily helped reset and it was cold for a minute. She called engineering. We had to leave for an event and when we returned to the room much later noted it was still high 70's. Restless, hot night of sleep. The band was fabulous, all staff great especially Marie, Willie, Griffin.

This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay.
While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. However, the spa and pool staff more than made up for it… they were exceptional.
The views are stunning, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. If you’re visiting Philadelphia, this hotel is a must stay!
