I waited 4 hours to view my room which meant after a long drive this was very inconvenient . I rang the property twice and email the hotel to explain my needs for room separation and when I arrived found the staff very in helpful. The receptionist was something out of the 60’s wearing thick glasses and using a magnifying glass seem very incompetent of the hotels process!! Terrible staff and break staff in polite telling me abruptly not to take a bottle of water to my table to drink. The hotel tried to charge me twice for tourist tax but never offered the sud Tirol tourist card- we were left not be able to use the buses for free and get any other benefits this card offered . We will not return!! Bad experiance

Room was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Service was great. Within walking distance to Dantercëpies lift. Free parking for rentals. Nice outdoor seating area with majestic views for winding down after a memorable trek.

Great location, amazing staff, family friendly

Really nice, tranquil and well-maintained older property with a lot of character, and a very welcoming staff that seems to genuinely care about the guests. Overlooks Corvara, about a 5-7 minute walk into town. Convenient and free parking. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet each morning. The room was cozy and comfortable (AC would be nice, but I know it's not the standard in this part of the world), with a nice balcony and views of the mountains. Good value, and would stay there again in the future.
