The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff members were polite and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The restaurant has a great location and view, but the menu and the prices don't match the value you expect to see from such high prices. I am sure that there is a lot that can be done on this front. The sustainability certification is great, however, one expects to see water fountains throughout the hotel to eliminate plastic waste. Hope to see some change here. We used the spa and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massage. The spa background music definitely needs an update. Also, it is customary to see hydration options (water, tea, other) at no cost in spa environments. Hope it will be introduced in near future.

Always use this hotel when in Kuşadası. Great location on sea front/harbour. On site parking. Very polite, helpful staff. Rooms clean and modern but no balcony with the sea view rooms. Could use more bed sheets. Best breakfast ever with incredible views plus nice pool on 8th floor terrace. Gym in basement but I didn’t check it. Bars, restaurants and cafes all around. Clean city. Highly recommended.

We got food poisoning from the dinner 3rd night. We had to leave early. Managed like a family business.

1-pillows were not comfortable 2- there was no iron and iron table in room 3- no sleepers in room 4- in the main restaurant , the number of the flys was more than the guests.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things. Staff were really awesome.

We were only here for one night but this was a great hotel! Would absolutely recommend for a nice, clean room, and excellent staff!

Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much we ate in most nights. Bathrooms didn’t have conditioner for hair, and shampoo was combined with shower wash. All women need shampoo and conditioner and would have expected it, in this grade of hotel. Reception staff were very helpful but would be useful to provide map of the area and bus timetable, as on holiday you are trying to get away from your phone all the time. Good spa facilities and excellent therapists (special mention to Annie) plus beauty facilities and the lovely Malika to do my manicure. Overall a lovely hotel with a great chilled, relaxed, laid-back vibe.
