The pool, gym, and full 6th floor were closed during our stay with no pre warning. The only compensation offered was a massage which given the amount we paid for 4 nights I was not very pleased. The rooms were also tiny. However, the staff and breakfast were great.

Great location, wonderful staff. Staff make sure you are well taken care of. Food, including the free breakfast was outstanding. The 14th floor bar/pool was incredible with sick views of the beach and the Redeemer.
Security always on staff.
My only complaint was the gym which is just bigger than a closet.
All in all, a great place to stay
