The staff was fantastic. From the person at check in who worked hard to get it done easily after a long day. The wait staff all spectacular. Best Roberto and Francisco anything we needed we got and then some. Made the stay great. Five star service at a discount style hotel.

The hotel was just OK. Pretty dated and not sure if it was damaged because of the storm or they were just doing it up but wasn't great. Pancrazio was really nice in the bar but only really breakfast served in terms of food. Not an issue as we wanted to eat out but dont expect much in the way of food at hotel. Overall the hotel was just ok, paying mostly for the location which to be fair is very good as long as your mobile. Please don't book if you cant make it up and down the very steep hill from the road to the hotel entrance. Fine for us but I can see how people could struggle.

Amazing view on the sea, the hotel is little vbit vintage for me but the staff was very nice and it was a very good stay

Great location. Room simple but very functional and comfortable. Rooftop bar is amazing with great drinks and spectacular view. Really nice breakfast which is a must. Helpful staff.

Our stay at Palazzo Vecchia Taormina exceeded our expectations. We were warmly greeted upon check in and were able to get into our room earlier than expected. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff at the hotel were some of the best we have ever experienced. They accommodated any and all our needs to make our stay and experience in Taormina memorable. The Monsu restaurant was excellent. The waiters Armando, Giuseppe, and Laura were very attentive and accommodated all our requests. Compliments to the chef as well! We enjoyed use of the Blu Sky Bar on the rooftop and especially the service of Patrizia, who made us feel at home. Thank you again for making our stay one of the best we have ever experienced. The views are excellent. The hotel in need of a renovation. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good.

The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

I liked where it was located with a gorgeous view, very friendly staff, and a great room for resting! I would stay again!

Staff was excellent. From the welcome, to the restaurant, everything with our stay was great.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.
