It's just ok Hotel . Why ? Because Palace Hotel least should have water in the room , some coffee or fridge with drinks but unfortunately nothing .

The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.

Please clarify the specific procedures or instructions for gaining access to the facility, particularly regarding the address displayed at the gate.

We felt very welcomed from the moment we entered the property to when we checked out. We were blown away by the small touches and attention to detail the team made for our anniversary. Stefano at reception was helpful and accommodating. Salvatore on the beach went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We also enjoyed the evening piano player and Cristian was very engaging. I also broke a wine glass at dinner but was reassured by Francesco and his staff to not fret. They were so kind. We did find the food and beverage costs to be much more than the other hotel we stayed at in the city of Taormina, but we didn’t let that damper our experience. Grazie!!

Well thought out concept, clean, beautifully decorated, scent in the room was divine and the location was perfection. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The grounds, pool and lobby were very nice and impressive. The room was completely unacceptable for the following significant issues: - the Air Conditioning had two settings on and off, no temperature control. On was too cold, off was too hot - the shower randomly ran hot and cold - the shower drain was broken - the toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly - overall the room was unacceptable for the category of hotel stars it is noted as having. On the other hand, both the lunch and dinner were very good (especially the dinner). Food quality was excellent, everything we had was delicious (but not inexpensive)

Entrance to the building left a lot to be desired. Scruffy, peeling paint where there was some, broken marble steps on staircase, broken handrail. Through the door into our accommodation it all changed.Nicely decorated and furnished. Into our lovely spacious room with balcony. Nicely decorated. Bathroom was very tiny. One large wardrobe with 3 hangers! No drawers. Had to search shops to purchase an adapter as UK one was not compatible. Bit stressful. Appears the property has the old socket system. Unable to connect to wifi after numerous attempts. The host confirmed the password but still no luck. The password had 30 digits, numbers and letters!! Finally, no facilities, not even a cup, one, bathroom mug. Certainly no tea/coffee making facilities. Although housekeeping advertised, that didn't happen. So all you get is a room albeit a nice room. Good location with bars and restaurants within walking distance.
