Mi experiencia en este Riad no ha sido la mejor la verdad y por eso quería contar varias cosas. Nosotros reservamos 4 noches, y no se lo recomiendo a nadie que venga a Marrakech. La llegada al riad empezaba a torcerse cuando nos dan una habitación en la que no se podía estar, hacía un calor que parecía que se estaba calentando algo dentro, parecía que se buscaba que se pusiese el aire acondicionado, a lo que quería llegar. El aire acondicionado se supone que estaba dentro de los servicios del riad, o eso es lo que habíamos visto al reservar el hotel yo y mi padre, porque sí, no iba sólo , iba acompañado con una persona mayor y que no estaba para dormir en esas condiciones y no podía pasar noches así. Cuando fuimos a preguntar por el aire acondicionado nos dicen que hay que pagar 6€ la noche, cosa que nos hace ponernos más enfadados de lo que estabamos porque no nos aparecía en ninguna parte de los servicios en la reserva. Siendo nosotros también marroquíes tratamos de llegar a algún acuerdo porque parecía que todo iba a mal. A pesar de todo decidimos elegir el aire acondicionado y pasar esa noche por lo menos en esas condiciones pero ahí viene la gota que colmó el vaso, el aire acondicionado parecía que no tenía gas, no tiraba casi nada de aire y casi no dormimos esa noche. Con esto quiero llegar a que cualquiera que ve el precio del riad se decide por él , pero lo que no se espera es que luego te vas a gastar más dinero del que te esperas.

Wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Riad Karmela, and what really made it special was the incredible staff. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff were constantly helping us with luggage, directions, questions and transport arrangements, always with a smile. What stood out most was how genuine their kindness was. We never felt that we were inconveniencing anyone or asking for too much. Not once did we see even the slightest sign of impatience or irritation. A special mention to Aziz, who went above and beyond for us. Even after we had checked out and travelled to another city, he continued to help with our journey and arranged transport from the train station to our next hotel. He had absolutely no obligation to do this after we had left the riad, so we were genuinely touched by his kindness and the effort he made to ensure we reached our next destination comfortably. We would also like to thank the entire team. Although we may not remember everyone’s names, we certainly remember their smiles, patience and willingness to help. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. Thank you to everyone at Riad Karmela for your warmth, kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciated everything you did for us. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Riad Karmela to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Everything is wonderful and if they can extend the pool and bars hours it will be excellent
