It was a fantastic apartment, we had a few issues with the door not locking properly but was resolved quite quickly but we did feel the need to put the chain on at night as we didn’t know if the door was actually locked. I would of liked a safe in the room though

We got a deluxe apartment for 3 pax - the room is well decorated, clean and very lovely! Bed for 3rd guest was made prior to arrival upon request. Cooking facilities are contained in the apartment although we couldn’t find utensils and the water boiler is slightly difficult to use. Laundry area is communal (3 washer and 3 dryer) with plenty of washing supplies. Toiletries and towels are provided for. Bed / duvet is comfy, there are both hard & soft pillows and we can request for more. Sadly we didn’t get the tote bag this time around. Breakfast - we can choose 3 cafes to go to and went with green hippo! The set was amazing!

This is in great location. Easy to go to Metro, bus and tram. Communication with the host was great. Easy to check in and ask questions, respond very fast.

A brilliant stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were fabulous. Our family room was large, very well equipped and super comfortable. The bar area was friendly and buzzy. The food quality was excellent. The hotel’s location for central Helsinki and trip pick-up points was fantastic.

Air conditioning was broken so was miserably hot in the bar : breakfast area.

It was a nice stay for 3 nights good location easy walk to train station and also tram stops outside
