The room was good and so the service. I booked two rooms. Unfortunately due to sudden demise of a family member at home country, I need only one room. I requested hotel reception regarding the refund but they refused.

This hotel is great for proximity to the Haram, Overall I would say its great with just one small drawback. The food stall in the building of the hotel cause a lot of food odors, all day you will smell food while staying here. The service and food was amazing

‼️Please note this is 5 star hotel WITHOUT PARKING, IT COST 500 SAR= 133$ FOR PARKING. The room was clean but wasn’t ready upon arrival although I requested early check in, 3 days prior the arrival date, with no problem paying for it, and the duty Manager confirmed it. Upon arrival I had to wait over 8 hours to check in. The Morning staff were amazing, and very helpful especially the team leader i think his name was Abdullah. And his colleague Abdulrhman. Breakfast was below average, 🚫Not 5 stars at all.

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff from the outdoor entrance, reception and bellmen. Close proximety to Haram, loads of shops near by, rooms connected to Haram Audio systems and mosque on last floor. Many thanks to Mr Anas & Mr. Selaim at reception. Highly recommeneddd
