It was beautiful. Elegance club is definitely worth it if you’re a couple traveling together. The one weird thing was the cats around the property, apparently they’re stray cats but they come out heavy at night.

Our stay at Finest was truly a beautiful and unforgettable experience, mainly because of the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make me and my boys feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. From the moment we arrived, Roberto, who helped take our luggage to the room, made a wonderful first impression. He was kind, attentive, and showed genuine care for me and the boys. Maria, our waiter at Lizo, was absolutely wonderful and made us feel like family. Gerardo at Brass also provided excellent service and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Oscar at the spa was very professional and made me feel relaxed, respected, and truly valued. Diulka from the room service line always took my orders with kindness, patience, and love. Javier from the animation team was very thoughtful. He knew I was there with my boys and always tried to find something fun for me to do when they were at the court or enjoying activities on their own. Lelena and Anayendy at The Market Kitchen were very sweet and attentive. Jahaira, who encouraged me to use the spa, was also very kind and welcoming. I also want to recognize Yeny and Andry from Brass, and Elizabeth from Lizo, for their great service. Each of them helped make our vacation special. They were professional, friendly, caring, and truly deserve recognition for the excellent service they provided.

The food was delicious. The place is beautiful, the romance suite was fantastic. No complaints except for check in took over 2 hours to get our room but they did give us late check. The butler Rafael was fantastic!

Staff was extremely attentive, kind, helpful. Grounds were clean and beautiful. Food was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

Everything about this property was just perfect the staff the rooms the entire place food was delicious 20 out of 10
