Room was poorly designed. Light switch in bathroom was impossible to find in the dark. Bed was uncomfortable. Room a/c blew in my face while in bed. Refrigerator door was stuck fast.
Too few restaurants for number of guests. Ridiculous wait times for tables, food service, bar service, etc. mediocre food, warm beverages. Unacceptable.
Will not recommend.

This was one of the best Hotels that we have stayed. All of the staff were very helpful and knew the property for directions for us. It will be on our list for future stays in New Orleans

The vouchers for a complimentary drink was a nice touch, and the bathroom was huge with double sink. I loved how everything was for the most part walking distance and the trolley went from one end down to the river.
