Amazing experience

I absolutely loved my stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process a breeze. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The amenities here are unmatched. We spent our afternoon at The Pool Club, which has a vibrant Vegas-style atmosphere and stunning, unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline. We also grabbed drinks and relaxed in the Funny Library Coffee Shop—such a fun and cozy touch! The central location also makes it so easy to get around the city, whether you're heading to a game at the American Airlines Center or exploring downtown. A massive shout-out to the staff for going above and beyond to make our weekend perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun getaway, staycation, or business trip. I'll definitely be back!

I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. The view from my balcony overlooked construction dumpsters and debris instead of the beautiful surroundings. For a room costing around $1,000 per night, this was extremely disappointing and far below the experience I expected from a Ritz-Carlton. What made the situation even more frustrating was the hotel’s response. On the day I checked in, I immediately expressed my concern and was told they would try to move me to another room with a better view. Later in my stay, I brought it up again and received the same promise. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done. No one followed up, no alternative room was offered, and I was left feeling that my concern simply wasn’t a priority. Luxury hotels are about more than beautiful buildings—they are about exceptional guest service. While the property itself is excellent, the lack of follow-through and attention to a legitimate concern was disappointing. When guests are paying premium rates, they should expect both a premium room and service that matches the reputation of the Ritz Carlton

The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor. We had drinks & appetizers at Astra which was very nice & very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful. And having a free car service, as long as you were within 5 miles was great, as the average temperature while we were there was 95!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Duro. I only stayed for one night, but the place has so many great amenities that it would be perfect for a longer stay. I highly recommend it!
