I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.

Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all.
The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The faucet in our bathtub was broken as was the blow dryer. It certainly was a unique experience.
