"After showing up at a hotel across town to find it was disgusting, I was in a scramble to find a new room. I had never stayed at an Avid hotel. I booked a room and showed up 30 minutes later, very pleasantly surprised. It was extremely clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even being that close to the airport, the rooms were very quiet. Ive found my new favorite place to stay."

"The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for safely walking to Beale Street. The reception team and all of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming and always smiling. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very comfortable large bed. It was a pleasant stay thank you. "

"Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Rooms were okay, smells bad in the reception area and corridors. Breakfast is bad, most pf the items are empty and nobody was there to refill them. "

"Arrived 10 minutes prior to check in time and front desk personnel on duty very rudely informed me for an extra fifty dollars I could check in early. She then proceeded with attitude when I said I would just wait the ten minutes. Breakfast was poor at best. Rest of hotel personnel were very friendly and hospitable. "
