Masurian Lake District Mountain Holidays

The hotel was lovely, chilled and in a really good location. Rooms were massive for a normal city break and the staff on reception were so helpful. Only issue I personally had was in my room only one socket worked (the bathroom). Not a major issue but maybe for someone who is there for business and needs the use of multiple sockets it may have been a problem

This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed one night, but for a longer stay we would have definitely asked to move rooms - we both woke up feeling congested, puffed with what seemed like an allergic reaction. For the price, you would expect a higher standard, especially considering how quickly Gdańsk is developing and improving. If Qubus doesn’t invest in updates, it risks falling even further behind the competition.

I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Bathroom, linens and towels were clean but carpet had not been vacuumed very well and was stained quite badly. Definitely could use a good shampoo cleaning. Conveniently located to restaurants and train station.

Helpful staff, Good location on the lake, Parking was easy but Especially expensive since it's the end of the season (125 zloty per day).

Hotel room was a decent size with tons of storage and an efficient A/C unit. I liked the high ceilings and big window. The black out blinds were wonderful and it was super quiet. I really appreciated the face clothes in the bathroom and the large shelf for all our toiletries. The bed was quite small but comfortable and I would have preferred a walk in shower to the bathroom with the circular fabric shower curtain but I would totally stay again and recommend. Its proximity to the old town is perfect! We had originally booked a hotel closer to the train station and I am SO GLAD we switched to Hotel Belloto to be closer to the quaint Old Town.
