The property is a little bit out of the city, but T the tram stops directly outside the hotel, so once you realise this everything seems very accessible. The rooms are good (if a little dark) and the communal areas welcoming; the whole hotel has an industrial-style decor which works well. Breakfast was excellent and the gym and sauna great, although you have to wait for this to heat up (although it can be set to heat up automatically, this has to be done each day).
We loved our stay, and used the rental bikes which can be hired outside to get about the city and to go to the beach.
All in all, highly recommended.

I just picked this hotel for being close to the university, where I had a 2-day meeting. However, it was charming - old, but in excellent condition. I'd stay there again.

Great spacious rooms and nice location, except that the hotel is situated next to many bars & pubs which can get loud on weekends until the early hours.
