Great location, quiet, close to shops. However no reception staff on duty at 3pm on a weekday. We locked ourselves out of our room tried to contact thrm by phone and email. No response. Luckily a fellow guest helped us. Also a group of youths were accessing the secure property without authorisation. Reported this the next day, they said they knew about it, but obviously hadnt taken too many steps to fix the issue, which was a little unsettling

"Staff were the least helpful staff ive met. Checked in at 5pm at my room was still not ready. Gym not having a functional treadmill and parking where they do not know if they have any room for you… 🙄"
