Outstanding staff large rooms, which were very clean overall an excellent experience

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Staff friendly and helpful!

Downtown Aarhus is compact, making the hotel location ideal for getting everywhere. We walked all over the city and were also able to hop on the bus or light rail, as needed. Although the ambiance, decor, and architecture of the hotel stand out, the best aspect is the staff. They are engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, multilingual, and just an amazing group of people.

The property has a good locations, rooms are basic but very clean

Location is very convenient. Excellent breakfast. However, the hotel rooms are somewhat outdated. Hotel has no a/c and rooms may get warm during summer months.

Outstanding staff large rooms, which were very clean overall an excellent experience

Two things stand out for me. The amazing staff who were all friendly, helpful and just created such a great atmosphere in the hotel and the location which is absolutely incredible. One could not get any closer to the centre of town, and stepping out into the beautiful plaza around the cathedral in Aarhus cannot be beaten. If luxury and a huge bathroom is what means something to you, this is not the place, but for everything else it's fantastic.
