Yours is one of the best 5* hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled the world over my 70 years and stayed in many, many famous establishments.
What makes you really special is your staff; they’re simply perfect. I’d like to single out Valentina and Diego in the Club Lounge, who were simply fantastic.

Hotel is very well located easy to tourist from there, people are very nice and friendly, I love the variety options for breakfast and even I could have my oatmeal with all the seeds and granolas I like. Hotel is close to Costanera Center mall and all the restaurants you can enjoy. Happy to choose it.

Main reason for booking was the pool which was open and warm and great for kids. View from the top was spectacular. The room was very big with a separate living area although the TV was in the bedroom not the living room side. Breakfast was fairly good although more hot food options would have been good.
good location, walkable to Costenera Center mall. The whole hotel feels a bit like a bankers hotel in the financial district but was fine. shower wasn't great. Beds were very comfy and room was warm
