The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

Beautiful apartment, had everything we needed. Location is great, walking distance to everything. Beds so are comfortable! Check in process super easy. Would definitely recommend 👌

There is a massive construction site next to the hotel. It’s impedes on any time you may want to spend outside or at the pool

First time at this hotel. I’ve stayed in other Sheraton’s before. This would certainly meet the mark. Love the service and attitude of the staff, always willing to help. Just that the hotel is a little bit dated and need some sprucing up to keep up with the times. Pity the pool is not very big for the size of the hotel, there’s a lot of water frontages and most of them just for show. This sized hotel should have a nice lap pool for adult swimmers. Breakfast and Seafood Buffet Dinner was sumptuous. Location is just right and away from Surfers which is super! And yes, sunset at Main Beach is very pretty!! Just watch out for the cyclists and runners. Overall a beautiful 4 Nights at this beautiful hotel.

Check-in was an absolute pleasure thanks to Amy, who went above and beyond to make our date night feel special. Overall, we had a pleasant one-night stay. While the hotel is comfortable, it’s starting to show its age and is missing some of the little touches that elevate the experience. While they have the bathrobes, slippers and coffee machines, it’s missing the minibar, and in-room movies you come to expect. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm, friendly service.

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.
