We travelled to Dublin for our friend’s wedding and stayed at St. Helen’s Hotel for two nights. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade with an amazing view.
The hotel itself was beautiful, but the outdoor garden wedding venue was absolutely stunning. It made such a beautiful setting for a wedding, and we would definitely recommend St. Helen’s for both a stay and as a wedding venue. We had a wonderful experience.

Rooms were spacious, and decorated to a high standard.
Breakfast was delicious.
A member of staff took us to a nearby village as we couldn’t get a taxi, which was very thoughtful.
Food and drinks in the brasserie bar were reasonably priced.
We had spa treatments and both enjoyed it, but the sauna and jacuzzi experience was a bit odd as it’s not properly connected to the spa and we had to use towels from the gym to shower after.
The Fairways Restaurant was good but the food was nothing special and the price seemed very elevated. We preferred the meal we had in the nearby Ballymore Inn.
Overall a lovely hotel with a great - although my fairly challenging - golf course

"Had to move rooms twice due to first one was right by a service door and a balony and people were in and out using it for smoking. second room was on a corridor that smelt really bad like cannabis. food has drastically gone down from last time i stayed back in december."
