This was our first time in Kos. Staff were very helpful. Lovely hotel . Relaxing break. My son has allergies the head chef met with us every meal time to inform us what food was served and what would be appropriate for my son . Thank you for a lovely stay

At arrival, no one explained how the room's electricity worked. The power only stays on when your key card is inserted into a slot. While I understand the energy-saving concept, it became inconvenient since two people can't use the room independently—if one person leaves with the key, the other is left without electricity or AC. The AC would shut off automatically when the key wasn’t in the slot so every time we returned to the room, it was extremely hot and humid. The bathroom layout was also poorly designed. The shower is directly beside the toilet with no curtain or separation between them, so every shower leaves the toilet and the entire bathroom floor soaked. The bedding also wasn't very hygienic. The sheet constantly slid off the mattress, leaving the mattress exposed, which wasn't pleasant or sanitary. Wi-Fi and cellular service in the room were also unreliable. We had to step outside our room to get enough signal to use our phones. The highlight of our stay was the hotel located next door, Palms Concept, which had excellent food, coffee, and cocktails. The staff were wonderful and it was enjoyable going by to have a drink at night and talk with the staff. Ano Kampos also features the beautiful infinity pool shown in many of the promotional photos. Although it isn't actually Ano Kampos pool, it is Palm concepts pool, and we were fortunate enough to be allowed to use it during our stay. For the price they charge it was decent and good.
