"I would like to say location is great staff is amazing always welcoming with a smile specially would love to say a massive thank you to Dimitris in breakfast area who always greeted us looked after us. One down side some of the guest who was there was unfortunately very bad litter was thrown all over the place running around corridors late at night which really makes it disappointing. The only things I’d improve would be around reservations for a large group - we were in a group of 11 and we were initially separated across multiple buildings within the complex, and we were asked to provide menu choices a week in advance for the three à la carte restaurants which were changed multiple
times by the hotel and we found we spent days back and forth with the hotel on food choices."
