"Had a lovely stay at Palmea Suites. Rooms had every amenity you could need and very peaceful. As this is a small property there was always plenty sun loungers available, breakfast was à la carte so was freshly prepared to order was a good selection to choose from. We had a room with a private pool which was great and got sun on the pool till about 3pm. Will definitely return!"

"The hotel was kept very clean and tidy. Good choices of food and great variety.
It was such a shame that we couldn’t get full advantage of trying the different cuisine,s as my boyfriend fell ill with a virus on our 2nd day of our holiday.
But I would like to thank you Nalia for all her help in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible under the difficult circumstances. She went above and beyond for us, which I will be forever thankful. I must also extend my thanks Katerina for keeping in touch and checking up on us, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
It’s such a shame we couldn’t enjoy our stay or full take advantage of the great food on offer.
I would however recommend the hotel who has small family as it is perfectly equipped to cater for them."
"Great location for the bars and restaurants. Also the beach was near. It is just a short walk to the harbour and Rhodes old town. The harbour had lots of boat trips you could choose from. This hotel also can book you some day trips. The pool was small with plenty of sunbeds."

"This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then.
1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear.
2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however;
a- you have your own car and drive
b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience.
3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere.
4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight.
5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues.
6- spa? nice.
a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price."
"Lovely stay for a solo birthday trip. Large resort, decent sized pools with plenty of loungers although they get taken quickly each morning. Really attentive pool staff for drinks each day. Spa facility was fantastic and better than expected.
Initially given the wrong room and was a bit tired but moved after 1st night. Fairly basic but comfortable and everything needed for the stay with a decent balcony overlooking the pool/coast.
Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly and attentive. Nice options for the buffet dinner as well as the ability to select 3 other bookable restaurants for 3 courses...very nice touch and breaks up eating in the same place each night. Convenient for a short taxi to old town and walkable to local shops.
Had a late flight so once checked out i was able to use the facilities and food/drink for the rest of the day and spa facilities to get refreshed before the airport which was a really nice and helpful touch."

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken.
The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe.
There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream.
The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days.
The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great.
Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."
