Nice location, nice staff and good food.

We got got the garden view villa. It is nice but not as big and spacious as the pool view. We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in our room even though it worked fine anyplace around the hotel , also because we got the garden view we were not entitled to any benefits such as getting 15% discount on ordering food and beverage at the pool and also we got to pay extra to get room service in our room even though our friends in the pool view villas didn’t have to. They charged us when we used the mini bar in our room , so apparently the garden view rooms don’t have the same treatment and amenities as the pool view ones

What really made the stay special, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, the service was consistently top-notch. The hotel enjoys a great location, just a short walking distance from Kea Farm Market, which makes it convenient for morning strolls and easy access to local produce and snacks. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, especially during the day, offering a true feel of the Cameron Highlands experience. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon check-in, we noticed that the mugs in our room had visible stains, which was quite disappointing. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the stained mugs were not replaced or cleaned, indicating a lack of attention to basic hygiene and room upkeep. For the price paid, we had hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness and service. Overall, while the location is definitely a plus, the hotel needs to significantly improve its cleanliness and housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
