Small room but very comfortable. Cooked breakfast dishes were good but also had cold or lukewarm food added which did not work well. Only limited dining space in evenings which had DJ ; we went out elsewhere

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

The property was an impressive at first impression. Once we went to our room it was even more impressive. The view from our room was more than expectation. We could see the pagoda and the mist every hour from our room. Breakfast was below par for buffet. Food was semi cold and the options is also below expectation. The hotel had the buffet in a what look like conference room with no window. While the upstairs main dining room have an excellent view with no business during that time. Only flaw. A bit far from Gina. It’s worth the hike. We found several local restaurants that was excellent for lunch and dinner. I would stay here again. If you book, make sure it’s the garden view room. Arrive on the weekend for buffet and individual breakfast the rest of the time.

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

Very nice property with lots of amenities including a 7-11 dedicated to the hotel. Many choices for food and associated with other properties with lots to offer. Near Shinagawa Station.

As our first stay in Tokyo, the hotel was strategically positioned for an easy walk for a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. It was an easy (mostly flat) walk to the JR LINE and Suidobashi stations. From there we toured a lot of Tokyo very easily. The rooms and staff were great and very welcoming after a very long flight.

Very helpful, English-speaking staff who were always available, and a great room. Easy, comfortable stay in Ueno. Would stay again.
