Loved everything about it. Amazing room, view and pool!

Staff was amazing!! Everything was so easy checking in and checking out. The stay was great! It was so nice having the pier to ourselves after hours.

Great spot, good location, nice rooms.

Staff were excellent, I needed to mail some parcels for a business event which they held for over a week (arrived earlier than expected!) breakfast was also excellent. Rooms were noisy, not from outside but from the other rooms. Walls must be thin and could hear conversation and the TV from both sides.

The most beautiful hotel !

I loved it all. Brought my 5 year old grandson Mateo and they catered to him including their kid room key card , a treasure chest choice, a hat and stuffed animal and his own kid sized robe. He spilled some food in restaurant and we apologized profusely, but they waved it off saying they were family friendly. Loved the pool, loved the hot tub, loved how kind and friendly staff was

Beautiful property would definitely stay at this location again. Very friendly staff.

Convenient access to the O’Hare airport

Even after Expedia includes parking and free internet while staying, front desk charges $12/day for internet and $25/day for parking claiming parking is 40%discount. Not a good business to sneak in petty charges after the booking.
