(109 reviews) Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. Needless to say, that greatly improved the quality of our visit! Breakfast was an amazing array of quality and delicious international and local options! We didn’t need to eat again until late evening!!! The gym equipments and the swimming pool were also very nice! Despite our one-night stay, I managed to biked 10 minutes in the bike trainer, run 3Km on the treadmill, swam in the ocean across the street for over half an hour before swimming a dozen laps in the roof top pool!! There was a smelly and dirty water came directly to the beach I think it was pool shower or sewer from elsewhere, but super smelly that one of our friend got headaches. Overall this place can’t be more than a 3 start place in western standard.
