A great stay - excellent hotel!! Staff are very welcoming and helpful!! The rooms are comfortable and warm and the breakfast is exceptional!!

We had a wonderful stay of 4 nights. This hotel has a family atmosphere and the staff were so warm and friendly. On our day of departure, they even helped us prepare a lunch box which we paid for. Such a personalized service was touching.

Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with very helpfull staff. Breakfast especially was very good for plant based eaters.

Room was very nice. Not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Location was GREAT, at least for me. Close to pretty much everything I cared about for my two day stay (while waiting for cruise to begin). Didn't clean room, but I didn't care. Staff was generally very nice and helpful. Only things I didn't like were: (1) wouldn't let me check in an hour or two early. (Bus driver had offered to drive me from hotel to lodge. Since they wouldn't allow early check-in, even though room was ready, I ended having to carry luggage a block.) 2) They wanted to charge hourly rate for late checkout, even though they told me they didn't need the room. I've never come across that before.
