I had a wonderful one-night stay at Svalbard Hotell - Polfareren. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it memorable. I especially loved the practice of taking shoes off inside—it really added to the comfort and cleanliness of the space. Highly recommend for a unique and relaxing stay!

I had a fantastic stay at The Vault! The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The breakfast room was pretty small and cosy, but I had no issues finding a space, and the food was delicious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip!

Excellent experience at the Svalbard Lodge. Room was clean, although a little outdated. Loved having a washer. The staff was great. We got tired of taking our shoes off every time we went from one building to the other, but that’s the way things are done in Longyearbyen. Dinner at the Polfareren was fabulous! It was a birthday trip and they made it special.

"Overall a nice hotel with an amazing breakfast. Difficult to get to eat at the main restaurant for supper so we always ate elsewhere. Also impossible to get into the jacuzzi. Perhaps mentioning that we should reserve these when we book the hotel would help with this? We were told this when we checked ..."
