This Riad is gorgeous! Located in a central part of the medina and had the most hospitable staff. I will never run out of great things to say about this place. I wish I spent more time there. 10/10 experience - book your stay now!

The property was clean and the room had lovely touches like rose petals and bottled water. What stood out was the staff, Amen was like our personal butler, he was always on hand to assist us with directions, tours and dinner recommendations.

I was looking for a stressfree retreat and this was exactly that. The entire place was beautifully presented and every single member of staff from management, waiters, house keeping and gardeners were just so kind and polite. I had no excursions planned but when i changed my mind, the hotel arranged this to meet my individual preferences. The transport and guides were equally as wonderful. The location is remote but perfect for having peace and quiet, yet still close enough for a nice drive to the city. Everyone was so kind and considerate and treat me so well. I would definitely return!

Very nice, clean and peaceful Riad. The room was very spacious. It had air conditioning in it which helped to cool the room when it was warm. The continental breakfast was nice also. The hosts were very professional and polite during our stay. They let us leave our luggage there on our last day when our flight was at 10pm. The shuttle service they arranged was on time and very professional.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!

This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave.

The staff couldn't do enough to make the stay more pleasant

The property is centrally located, offering convenient access to all city attractions as well as the sea. The staff are exceptionally friendly and consistently strive to meet guests’ expectations—ask for something, and they are quick to accommodate. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room service meets a high standard. Although the property is not brand new, it features traditional elements that add to its charm. The pool area is ideal for swimming or simply relaxing, and the live music in the evenings creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting. Staying here truly felt like returning home after each day’s adventures, and I would highly recommend it. The only minor drawback was the music from a nearby outdoor venue at night. It may be noticeable if you go to bed early, as we did around 9 p.m., but it was not excessively loud.
