The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The property was right on the beach. Staff was very attentive. Daily breakfast was great with pastries and juices. Great cappuccinos and meats and cheeses. Only negative was that the air conditioners were turned off from 8 PM until 10 pm. We experienced extremely warm conditions in late May early June.

Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else.

A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel.

A beautiful, traditional hotel with helpful staff and a superb terrace. Extremely tasty food in the restaurant. Conveniently located for historical centre and ferry port. We will stay there again...

Really enjoyed our stay here- staff very helpful and we used the spa 3 or 4 times. Food was lovely and the odd shuttle ride saved on taxis. We would definitely return and our 2 older children enjoyed it too.

Check in was a wonderful experience after stressful transportation to get to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange an airport car transfer the following day and walked us to the ATM when requested.

The property was immaculate and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect location to stay to avoid the crowds.

Exceptional service

The view is spectacular! Family rum Mediterranean style hotel. Very authentic. They serve lemons from their lemon orchard which is located just behind the hotel! Good breakfast fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh tomato and mozzarella salad, eggs and assorted pasteries. Family owners made us feel right at home. Ocean views from room and a large solarium on the roof. Be aware that the walk from town is 15-20 minutes and 5 of that includes 200 odd stairs. But if you are willing you will be rewarded with spectacular views and a magical experience. Thank-you so much to the lovely family at Hotel Bellevue!
