The location is very remote so if that works for you, you should love it for a very relaxing break.
The staff, without exception, were awesome, dinner food was delicious and the gym is well maintained and spacious. The grounds are gorgeous and who can not love a hotel that has free ice-cream?!
Because it was low season, there was no buffet breakfast apart from weekends which is a downside for us and breakfast choices were limited for our taste (no smoked salmon, no choice of yogurt, a tiny little dish of jam etc). The staff are fabulous and there’s no issue asking for things but, in a five star hotel, I feel things should be more readily available. Again due to the season, only one restaurant is open per night which isn’t great when you’re so remote but that will stop being an issue when the new hotel opens next door.

Sandals was one of the best four-day vacations My wife and I have spent anywhere. Everything was provided for us. It was easy to relax. The staff was helpful in every way.
The restaurants were very nice.
We enjoyed the quiet side of the beach and the pier in the evening.
Thank you so much sandals for allowing us to enjoy a great vacation.
