The hotel is beautiful, new and meticulously maintained. The rooms a large and very comfortable. THE POOL is the most beautiful pool I have ever seen and enjoyed, and I have seen a lot of them in my trips. The staff is perfect! They even game a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s Day!!! If there is one thing I would like to have is a TV in the room. There is not much to do in Nosara except surfing and for those of us who don’t surf nor are on vacation, it can get bit tedious. Either that, or a place to relax and read or watch a movie with A/C! The heat is overwhelming and since 95% of restaurants are “open air”, a hotel room ends up being the only place one can stay during most of the day.

Very family friend, there is only one restaurant but the food is really good. Pool area very nice, and kids friendly. Staff very friendly. Room very clean.

This is truly a beautiful hotel, the photos do not do it justice. The food is good, the private beach is great and the rooms are charming. The staff is great, especially the dinning staff, they all need raises.

We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.
