Lovely hotel, central to the capital square. Very clean , room cleaned every day. Breakfast had a very good selection. Would definitely stay there again

Extremely well located, right in the centre of Toulouse. We were driving and got lost in the one way system and had to ring the hotel twice. Our room was round a corner and up/down a dozen steps so quiet, but hard work after a day’s sightseeing! It also didn’t get cleaned until mid afternoon

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Bar was great and location was excellent since it was at walking distance from essentially everything in town

A great old hotel with lots of old world charm. Convenient for Carcassonne airport and a short taxi ride into town. Set in wonderful grounds with a great pool. We were here 20+ years ago and little had changed. Dinner is a special event here.

Interesting hotel right inside the walls. That part was excellent. The hotel was perhaps a little under staffed and had challenges managing checkouts of several independent guests with luggage trying to get rides out of the walls to the parking. The bathroom was bright clean and modern. Breakfast was very nice. It didn’t seem like the hotel had an operating bar or restaurant the night we checked in. It was raining so we had to go out looking for options, which was fine but I’m not sure why the hotel didn’t have its own amenities. Maybe they don’t have enough customers and everyone heads out to the town square.
