Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. There was a hot tub and sauna, but too hot to use them. Breakfasts were very good. The coffee/bar was nice to have, but served very weak coffee from pods. It cooled off in the evenings, so opening the windows and turning on a ceiling fan helped, but the walls would still retain substantial heat. Better coffee right down the street.

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

The hotel was beautiful! All we needed and more! The rooms are gorgeous. The staff is extremely helpful. Lobby-garden beautiful. Excellent breakfast! Will stay again!

Abou 10 minutes from Cortina. Very beautiful hotel, excelent amenities. Complete and very good breakfast buffet. The only point is that there isn’t air conditionair. Exceeded my expectations!!

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Everything was great and clean! Price was also very reasonable! Only downside was it didn't have shower gel but this isn't the worst considering all the perks and the lovely room.

The staff is very helpful. If you need something they are very accommodating. The location is great. It is close to all the shopping. They have a dock right outside the hotel that can bring you by private transfer ($$$). Another option is the "bus taxi" where you bring your luggage on and you get off at San Marco Vallossa. Its a 5 min walk. If I can do it, anyone can! The breakfast is ok. Downside for travellers. The hotel needs to update the rooms and repaint. No elevator. 2nd floor = 4 flights of stairs but they have someone that will bring your luggage up to your room and back down. It is a very busy dock and used for bringing supplies to all the businesses nearby in the morning- very noisy. But All the waterways are noisy, Welcome to Venice!!
