I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

The property was well maintained and the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. It’s located in the heart of everything, easily accessible to many restaurants, sights, public transportation. I have a great time in Portugal, looking forward to recommending the hotel and Lisbon.

Everyone was wonderful, especially Cape at check-in. This is a prime location to be able to easily walk to all the top destinations. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast with wine or bubbles to start our day.

The propety was very nice however the staff was not that friendly, specially the front desk..they gave the impression that you bothered them.

Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel (Parque das Nacoes) was one of the best hotel experiences in my travel history. What made it exceptionally special was the awesome staff! As I entered the doors I immediately received a warm-welcome, and this carried on through to the onsite restaurant (best salmon ever!), to the pool bar, right down to the smiley housekeeping staff. EVERYONE was top-notch and provided the best that hospitality can provide. To say that they understood the assignment is an understatement. I have to give a SPECIAL shout-outs to Daniel in the on-site restaurant and Andre at the Pool Bar. BIG hearts!! I was traveling solo, so my room was very quaint, clean and extremely comfortable with a nice view of the Tagus River. I highly recommend this hotel for those who prefer not to be in the center of the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's a great area for walking alongside the ocean, renting an electric cycle, shopping at the Vasco da Gama Mall, trying your luck at the Casino Lisboa and visiting the Oceanarium.

Good service Good breakfast

The hotel apartments are well appointed and in a great location. The pool area which is a big draw especially in summer needs some renovation and the pool needed more regular cleaning.

The check-in process takes longer then anywhere else in the world, we’ve got our room ready even past the check-in time.
