Very comfortable hotel in such a strange land. Large comfortable and attractive sitting areas, excellent full breakfast including excellent espresso drinks. Rooms are very comfortable as well.

Room was very nice. Not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Location was GREAT, at least for me. Close to pretty much everything I cared about for my two day stay (while waiting for cruise to begin). Didn't clean room, but I didn't care. Staff was generally very nice and helpful. Only things I didn't like were:
(1) wouldn't let me check in an hour or two early. (Bus driver had offered to drive me from hotel to lodge. Since they wouldn't allow early check-in, even though room was ready, I ended having to carry luggage a block.)
2) They wanted to charge hourly rate for late checkout, even though they told me they didn't need the room. I've never come across that before.
