Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. There was plenty of selection and lots of new dishes to try. Anna was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
