Lovely stay Staff all very courteous but some could be Friendlier and smile more. Would appreciate if there was water in the rooms Otherwise fantastic stay and great food at the waterfront restaurant

Great hotel. The island has no shops to speak of which proved to be a disaster when my airline failed to deliver my bag. Fortunately the staff managed to sort an emergency purchase for me using a connection on the island. Outstanding service, many thanks!

Excellent stay as always! As with alot of hotels I cannot understand why they have the Mini bar prices so high that very few people will use them! Reduce your "mark up" and you will be providing a service for your clients and also sell more. £4 for a Kit Kat, I think not!

Just what we needed for a quick stay before boarding our cruise. Close to the port but still not too far from the old city, clean, well appointed. Be advised 'sea/ocean view' is technically right, but it means craning your neck around to the right to see it :) Staff was super helpful, and breakfast was tasty!

The location of The Pucić Palace is fantastic and it's hard to beat being right in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for us. The hotel itself felt tired for a property advertised as 5-star. What really impacted our stay was the customer service - from one particular staff member. We organised a porter in person the day before check-in, confirming all the details, but no one arrived. My mother and I waited for 30 minutes in the heat before accepting no-one was coming. Because of that experience, we made a point of organising and then reconfirming both our airport transfer and porter well before our early morning departure. Despite this, we were incorrectly told to meet our driver without our luggage. Once we reached the meeting point, we discovered the porter didn't even start work until 9:00 am, despite our transfer being at 6:10 am. We had to walk back and collect all of our luggage ourselves, and there was no apology for the mistake. The only bright spot was our driver, Darko from Blue Bay Travel Agency, who went out of his way to find us and was genuinely apologetic about how poorly everything had been handled. It's a beautiful historic building in an incredible location, but based on our experience, the level of service falls well short of what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

The owners were amazing, they made sure we knew everything we needed to know before sending us off for our lovely holiday, we cant recommend the steak house above the house more if you are looking for good food and service. They dream is to visit again! Thank you for a wonderful holiday
