(360 reviews) We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch! We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment, so much that we rarely left. The food, drinks, ambiance, cleanliness, smell, and the staff, literally everything was superb! I have never said that I wanted to return to a specific state just for a singular hotel, but that has changed. (8,735 reviews) Room was a little banged up. Nice to have a big kitchen, great laundry inside units. Bring your own laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Bedrooms and bathrooms great size! Hours at waterpark/bar close way earlier than we expected- bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. All pool chairs around the main big pool at the waterpark are reserve only-all were empty. Food low quality for the high price, you’re better off going out to eat. Customer service is great everywhere, if you have any issues they take care of you. Make sure to bring your own swim towels. They provide a few little ones in your room but they charge if you lose them. They don’t have them at the pool. Only one hot tub at the other pool, it was always packed, never got to enjoy that. They had a Super Bowl party, that was awesome to have somewhere to watch with a bar and snacks we could order. (489 reviews) The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.
